peace begins at home

Children begin by loving their parent,
after a time they judge them, rarely if ever do they forgive them.

here is some tips how to make LAKSAM KELANTAN STYLE
(the recipe is from my mom with some modifications obtained from experienced people)
rice flour [3/4 cup]
tapioca flour [1/4 cup]
hot water [about 1 cup too]
~then just mix well the water and flour to make low consistency batter, pour into pot's lid or other container with flat base (make sure its not too thick, just about 0.4 cm) and steam it for about 10 minutes (depends on diameter of the lid, or its colur change into clear), and don't forget to brush some oil in the lid before pouring the batter.

the gravy: same as to cook sayur lemak kelate but put a lot of fish, any fish can do, and add more garlic, if u like add a little ginger too and not to forget asam keping too. then ENJOY

p/s: i ll write the details of how to make LAKSAM gravy next time
